Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains how Kitchen Experts (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on kitchenexperts.co.uk, and how you can control them.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your basket. Others help us understand how the site is used or measure our advertising. We only use non-essential cookies if you agree to them.
Your Choices
When you first visit, we ask which cookies you’re happy for us to use. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Until you choose, and if you reject them, analytics and marketing cookies stay switched off. We remember your choice for six months and then ask again.
You can change your mind at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site such as the basket and checkout won’t work.

Analytics Cookies (only with your consent)
These help us see which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site. The information is grouped and doesn’t identify you by name.

| sbjs_* | Kitchen Experts (WooCommerce order attribution) | Records how you found us (for example a search engine or an advert) so we know which channels lead to orders | Session |
Marketing Cookies (only with your consent)
We don’t currently run advertising cookies on this site. If we add them in future, for example to measure Google or Facebook adverts, they’ll only be used if you’ve agreed to marketing cookies, and we’ll update this policy.
Embedded Videos
Some pages include videos from YouTube. YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video. You can find out more in Google’s cookie information.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by the services named above, not by us. They have their own privacy policies: Google, Microsoft, Stripe and hCaptcha.
